Breaking ground January of 2013, this 16 story, 266 unit, upscale residential building is aimed at student housing. Also,Residence Inn will place it’s mark in Downtown Tempe,on 5th Street and Forest Avenue, a NEW 11 story hotel. Then located close by this five story collaborative learning center will be the NEW location for ASU’s bookstore/marketplace, a drop-in classroom space for students to do their studies, plus some administration offices for faculty as well as housing ASU’s School of Sustainable Engineering. This all and more on the Tempe Skyline.
