Tempe Town Lake has been confirmed as the site for the new State Farm Insurance regional headquarters. The 1.2 million sq. ft. mixed use project named Marina Heights, will be the largest office development deal in Arizona History.
This project is subject to city council approval within the next few weeks and State Farm will be the anchor tenant. In addition, State Farm will have a second facility located on a 20 acre site adjacent to Tempe Town Lake.
According to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, “The Jobs that will be created to make this project a realty will be a tremendous boon to our economy. This is a great example of how our plan to build an Arizona that is attractive to high value employers is hitting the mark.”
