The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service has released their July report showing the areas from North Scottsdale to Maricopa and Buckeye to Gold Canyon where people are still buying Short Sales and Foreclosures. Thankfully the distressed property market has slowed, but buyers and investors can still find good deals.
