Desert Foothills

Desert Foothills is an area totaling approximately 8 square miles with a northern boundary of Dixileta Rd continuing south to Jomax Rd. west to about 56th St. and East to 96th St.  This area offers a mix of parcel sizes from 1 to 5 acres and has minimal infrastructure. Many residents are drawn to this area for that reason. It offers diversity and a “hands-off” approach.  Homes and lots range from $75,000 to over 1 million. The historic Desert Foothills Scenic Drive runs through the middle of this area and there have been a lot of contributions to improve and preserve it.
