Made up of 800 guard-gated acres, Whisper Rock Estates offers unique homes settled in the pristine Sonoran Landscape.
There will be an estimated 200 homes when the community is flourished, with home sites ranging from one to five acres. There is a private 3-acre park, a fitness center and trails that run throughout the community to provide you opportunities for leisure and relaxation. Some homes in Whisper Rock are set on the outskirts of the golf courses designed by Phil Mickelson, Gary Stephenson, and Tom Fazio. There is the Whisper Rock Golf club. Membership is by sponsorship invitation only. There aren’t any social members or fancy restaurants, purely a golf environment.
