The leader and driver of the team is James Wehner. James relocated to Arizona from Pennsylvania in 2004. After several years of visiting family members who previously moved here, James finally had enough of the northeastern winters and decided to trade the snow shovel for sunscreen and make Scottsdale his new home. Upon moving here, James immediately jumped head first into the Arizona Real Estate market. Upon receiving his real estate license in January 2005, James started his journey into the residential real estate market.
Through out his real estate career, James has honed his skills in representing Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Landlords, and Tenants. He has purchased dozens of homes from the Trustee Sale Auctions, provided private loans secured by deed of trust, and completed many fix and flip projects both himself and with investor partners. James and his team also offer tailored property management services for his investor and landlord clients.
His vision is to continue to grow his business through helping his clients by providing the best customer service he can provide. What ever your real estate needs or questions may be, James is there to help.
Krystle Stevens is an Arizona native and enjoys being able to help Arizonans find the right place to call home. She has dabbled in an array of careers including mortgage underwriting, child care, hotel management, customer service, music education and now real estate. When asked what she enjoys most about real estate she says, “I love that I get to work with people of all different backgrounds and that each day is a new experience. It’s never boring!” She joined the Wehner team at the beginning of 2013 and looks forward to keeping everyone on track and building the team in her role as an office manager/transaction coordinator.
Shannon Klinge began her real estate career in Colorado in 2004 as a receptionist, then a corporate transaction coordinator. She decided it was time to invest in a fix and flip, finished it, and headed towards a warmer climate. Landing happily in Arizona, she resumed her ongoing interest becoming a broker’s assistant. Shortly thereafter, she decided it was time to start practicing real estate instead of sitting on the sidelines. She joined the James Wehner team earlier this year as a licensed agent and feels that each day is an opportunity to learn something new and join forces to help another family.
