Paddock Pools’ corporate center in Old Town Scottsdale on Thomas Rd has been leveled and in its place will be a new housing development. Demolition has already begun and the developer is hoping to have units ready for occupancy in February of 2015. Meritage Homes Corporation has said this new gated development will have 144 units, each with a two car garage for a total of 311,500 sq ft. It is there hope that the new development will provide more housing options for those who like to be close to Old Town Scottsdale for entertainment, employment, and recreation.
